Hop Harvest Wethop Ale

Seasonal and local wethop beers have become an important part of a Sonoma Craft beer portfolio; these beers are fragrant and bright driven by the wethop cones, harvested just minutes prior to arriving at our breweries. We at Old Possum Brewing Co. are big supporters of local businesses, especially our hardworking hop farmers. Hop Harvest is made with 100 lbs. of freshly harvested Chinook, Cashmere, and Comet Hops, from Redwood Hill Farms, introduced in the late hopping portion of our brewing process.
